The bachelors´s thesis deals with the optimization of business processes in a selected company. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the method of analysis, modeling language and business negotiations. In the second part, analytical, the MMABP method is used for process analysis and qualitative research to obtain data for process optimization. In the third part, proposal, a new proces sis created and solutions are recommended for the company.

The content of the diploma thesis written below is the design of a marketing strategy in an online environment for the branch of OK For You a.s. in Svitavy, which deals with financial consulting for natural persons. The structure of the work is divided into three main parts. The first part provides the necessary theoretical basis associated with the issues of this work, along with the necessary concepts and methods that are used in the work. The second part is an analysis of the company's branch itself together with its clientele. The third part, based on the analytical part, presents a concrete form of online marketing strategy together with proposals for its successful implementation. Part of this third part of the work is also an economic evaluation, a plan for the implementation of proposals and risk analysis, along with a proposal to minimize the impacts arising from them.

Tomková, K. Unfair practices of multilevel marketing. Bachelor‘s thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the multilevel marketing system and the fraud that can occur here. The aim of this thesis is to formulate recommendations on how to prevent these unfair practices when using the MLM system, based on specificic objectives. The thesis consists of two parts, a literary research and an analytical part. The literature review defines the concept of multilevel marketing, structure and companies that use the MLM system in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the legal regulations that affect the MLM system from a legal point of view are mentioned here. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of experiences and cases of opinion groups with the help of classification trees. In the discussion, the data obtained from analysis are eva-luated and recommendations are made on how to avoid unfair practices and how to copy with them. The economic consequences of using unfair practices in the MLM system are also evaluated here.

This bachelor thesis "Analysis of current situation of financial consulting in the Czech republic" analyzes past and current situation of financial advisory services. It refers to the historical development of insurance and brokerage activities as a whole. One of the main objectives of this study is to determine how the public understands this issue and to verify small clients' attitude to financial advisory services. The next objective is to explore the rules and regulatory requirements of the problem and try to determine whether these requirements are right and correct.

This diploma thesis deals with running of the financial market and goals of financial consulting, but mostly is about crucial differences in selection, recruitment and breaking new workers in as employees compared to cooperation of entrepreneurs. These differences are shown on a specific example of financial consulting company OVB Allfinanz a.s. The biggest contrasts are: more possibilities for hiring new workers, variability of the selection process, impossibility of introducing directive leadership, the need to offer a goal of the work for the people and also the team vision.

My work is about personal and family finance from the view of financial consulting which is my job for three years. My work is divided into 2 main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I write about financial planning, how to do it, by the medium of whom and so on and about financial consulting, about principles and system of this job. In the practical part I write about the main parts of financial deciding - living, assurance and reserve, preparation for pension and preparation finance for children. I draw on my own experience and from the presentated literature.
